Cellopoint RMA/DOA Service Procedure

1. Please fill out the “RMA/DOA Form” completely, including the S/N, Model label which are on the back of the appliance, problem description and your contact information.
2. E-mail “RMA/DOA Form” to RMA@cellopoint.com.
3. Cellopoint will check your information. Once your information is verified, Cellopoint will issue a RMA number for you via e-mail.
4. Please enclose the “RMA/DOA Form” with the appliance in the box. Please print out the”Cellopoint RMA Label” and paste up on the outside of the box. (Without the RMA number, your RMA service will be delayed)
5. Please pack securely and send back to Cellopoint, we will process your RMA service as soon as we can.

[Note 2] If you are customer, please contact and send back to distributor.
