Cellopoint now support Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Mail Archiver

As the Internet evolves, so does cloud service enterprises: Microsoft's Office 365 is now offered, and many companies choose to move to SaaS solutions.

Mail Archiving and Retrieval Management Function has become essential for enterprises as well, as Backup Data and Corporate E-mail Storage has become mandatory and an integral part of regulatory compliance. For Office 365 Users, it has become essential to have a device that could retrieve crucial data quickly, and at the same time comply with regulatory requirements.

In response to this trend, Cellopoint Mail Archiver Service now supports Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Email Archiving. Enterprises can deploy Cellopoint Mail Archiving in their appliances, by journal directly to the Mail Archiver from their Exchange Server.

To configure it, you need to create journal rules and select a recipient in case you can't deliver the reports (NDRs). The administrator can use journal rules to define the messages they want to record. For example, a journal rule defines messages sent to specific users or messages sent to recipients outside your organization. A journal rule is used to generate e-mail messages known as journal reports that contain the specified messages.

Users can keep sending and receiving messages in Office 365 as usual; when the user needs to search for mails, they will need to connect to Cellopoint Mail Archiver to get access to their information. This allows enterprises to access effortlessly to their Mail Archiver and Backup, without modifying their current infrastructure.

Cellopoint has been working for more than ten years on e-mail information security and their solutions have been widely used in different sectors, such as finance, public agencies, education and scientific research centers. Customers says Mail Archiver has solved their problem of dealing with mass e-mail and they can preserve mails in a longer term.
